A three-month Food Freedom program for holistic practitioners wanting freedom around emotional eating. ​

Includes monthly group + twice monthly individual sessions
  • Monthly group gatherings: Tuesdays 12:15-1:15pm Eastern, October 17th, November 21st, and December 19th 2023
  • Individual sessions two times per month (six total), 50 minutes. Select convenient times for you, starting between 10am and 7pm Eastern, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
​Value of US$1,647 ($1,350 for six individual private sessions at US$225 per session, PLUS three group gatherings). If you register and pay before Monday, September 21st, you get the discounted rate of US$1,447.

BONUS: If you're also looking for nutritional support, joining the 3-month Food Freedom program includes an optional free 15-minute session to meet the only nutritionist that Klia, the facilitator, has personally found to be both helpful and emotionally intelligent. His expertise includes nutrition for healing ailments, fitness, and/or body composition. He's also offering a 60-minute intake, regularly US$125, at the special 30% off rate of US$85 for people in this program.
