For Holistic Practitioners:
Easing Emotional Eating
Holistic practitioners who grapple with emotional eating experience a unique and poignant inner conflict. In addition to the shame that many emotional eaters have, holistic practitioners often have an added layer of judgement. "With all the therapy/meditation/12 step/intuitive eating/mindfulness/retreats/tapping/EMDR/past life regressions I've done...I should be past this!"
How do I know? My name is Klia, and this was my journey. It's become my mission to empower fellow practitioners, guiding them to unearth and heal the profound roots of emotional eating.
This isn't about more willpower or dietary restrictions; it's about no longer struggling with food. This is what I see in the people I've worked with, and it doesn't take long. Usually a few months of sessions yield profound shifts--shifts previously unknown despite decades of inner work.
You've probably met people who seem to have ease with food. Sure, every so often they eat in a way they don't like, but even then it's not a big deal. If you'd like to be one of those people, this program is for you!
Are you wondering if you're a holistic practitioner? This just means someone who practices and/or provides services in yoga, mindfulness, coaching, therapy, spirituality, energy work, bodywork, or other healing and personal development.
