Each retreat is unique in terms of the teachings and techniques offered, and they all include three seated meditations of about 30 minutes each, two walking meditations of about 15 minutes each, and interactive exercises for integrating mindfulness into everyday life. Instruction is provided for all experience levels. Taught by VisitYourself.net's founder, Klia Bassing, MBA, MPP.
