About Us

Visit Yourself, LLC instructors receive training and oversight from the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California, the Insight Meditation Community of Washington in D.C., and/or the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, which originated at the UMASS Medical School.

Visit Yourself provides classes at workplaces and also offers private sessions to couples and individuals.

Meditation is a simple yet powerful stress-reduction practice. Through practicing meditation, practitioners feel more at ease and make more conscious choices, both on the job and at home. Click here to read how these positive effects are caused by changes in the brain.
