Winter/Spring 2019 - Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Have you been using meditation apps on your own, or want to start meditating, and feel ready for:
1) a teacher for where you feel stuck, and
2) to be with other meditators?
Come to this 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation (also appropriate for experienced meditators). Each 45-minute weekly lunchtime session includes 10- and 20-minute relaxing guided meditations as well as interactive discussions to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and humor in everyday life.

Regular rate: $160 for the six-week series
Class Dates/Times: Six Thursdays, 12:05-12:50pm, January 10 through February 14 of 2019. You'll be okay if you need to miss sessions.
Take NW elevators (100s & 200s) to level C1 and walk in the opposite direction of the cafeteria. Immediately after the elevators, you'll pass bathrooms on the left. Walk toward the room ahead marked MC-C1-110, and make a left in front of it, then an immediate right. Pass by the doors for the room marked MC-C1-100. The next room on your right is MC-C1-111.
Clothing: Regular work attire is fine. We meditate in chairs, though you are welcome to bring something on which to lie down.
