About Us
Visit Yourself instructors receive training and oversight from the
Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California, the
Insight Meditation Community of Washington in D.C., and/or the
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, which originated at the UMASS Medical School. Besides workplaces, Visit Yourself also provides classes at community and senior centers, universities, yoga studios, and privately to groups or individuals.
